Diamond Park BBQ Sauce

Recipe makes 1.25L of sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Diamond Park English Mild
- 2 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Cup Mustard
- 1 Cup Fancy Molasses
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2tbl granulated Garlic
- 1/2tbl granulated Onion
- 1tbl Tomato Paste
- 1/2tbl worcestershire
- 1tbl Smoked Paprika
Instructions:
- Use sauce-pot and turn on medium high heat
- Add tomato paste and stir around for about 2 mins (don't burn the tomato paste)
- Add 1 can of Diamond Park English Mild
- Bring beer to a boil and let simmer until beer is reduced by half
- Add remaining ingredients to the pot
- Using a whisk incorporate all the ingredients and bring to a gentle boil
- Allow sauce to simmer and reduce for about 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
