June is a big month for us! We've go so many great things going on, and great releases coming. It's also Pride Month, so Happy Pride to all our LGBTQ2S+ friends! We are kicking things off with today's Fresh Stock Friday releases:

In case you missed it, we released a fresh batch of Helles Island on Tuesday, and today Goldie Boat Tallboys are back in stock. We also have a brand new Hazy Pale Ale we call No Floaties Pale Ale.
We fermented it with Escarpment Labs "Vermont" yeast strain and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy and El Dorado. This was a limited batch so get some while supplies last.

On Friday, June 11th, to celebrate our 300th brew we’ve decided to add a twist to one of our original recipes. Taking inspiration from the Paloma cocktail, we added ruby red grapefruit to Gosé Cuervo. It still contains barrel aged tequila and lime, so it’s sour, a little bitter and salty. Add in the bubbles, and you’ve got yourself an entirely different fiesta in a glass.
On Sunday, June 13th our friends from the GTA Brews home brew club will be distributing hops to members from their bulk buy earlier this year. Just like last year they'll be set up just across the street to ensure social distancing.

We will also be welcoming Mark Solomon to the brewery to brew our long awaited Indigenous Brew using Wild Ontario Sumac. This beer is part of the Celebrating Sisters initiative that will raise money for Indigenous Charities.

On Monday, June 14th we will be releasing Alternative Ale, our much anticipated collaboration with Little Beasts Brewery in Whitby. This beer was brewed for The Edge 102.1 in Toronto, with the proceeds from the sales being donated to the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society. We brewed the same recipe two distinctly different ways; one with Belgian yeast, the other with American Ale yeast. Which alternative will you choose? Try both and compare, it's all for a great cause.

Sunday, June 20th is Father's Day. We will have a special Father's Day package available, so stay tuned for more details on that closer to that weekend.
While we aren't entirely sure when restrictions will be eased, we do know that we will be opening our patio again as soon as we feel it's safe to do so. We will definitely keep you posted on that front. Before you know it'll be summer, and we love summer!
